HOW TO DOWNLOAD - Once Payment is made you will be directed to the Download Page. Just click on the Download Link and your download will start. Make sure you remember where on your computer you save it to. You will also receive an email with the same download link.
PLAYBACK - We recommend VLC Media Player to play all Audio and Video Formats we sell. VLC Media Player plays all audio and video files and can be downloaded for free at www.videolan.org. It is an upgrade to any Media Player your computer came with such as Windows Media Player.
.PDF FILES -To open .PDF files you must have a .PDF Program installed on your Computer. Most Computers already have this Program installed. If you need One, Adobe Reader can be downloaded for free at Adobe.com. Once installed, just click on the file and it will open. Pdf files are easy to use, just click on the file to open it, you can zoom in or out for easier reading, rotate the page or image 360 degrees.
ZIP FILES - You will need a Zip Program installed on your Computer. Most Computers already have this Program installed. If your running Windows, Windows has its own Zip Program already installed. To access this Program, right click on the Zip File you want to open, a Drop Down Menu will appear, then click "OPEN WITH", the Menu will expand, then click "Compressed "Zipped" Folder". A Pop-up Box will appear and ask you if you want to make this Program your Default Zip Program. If you say "Yes", the next time you want to open a Zip File all you will have to do is click on the Zip File and it will open. If you say "NO", then you will have to repeat the instructions above. If your running Mac, I do believe It also has its own Zip Program, to access it, please read your computers help files or Contact Us and we can point you to a free download that works with Mac.
