Joe Beck (Robert Lowery) is in a rush to leave Honduras to claim his inheritance that his grandfather left him. He has to go to Galvaston, Texas and present a letter to prove his identity to claim it. Others in Honduras have heard of his good fortune and try to take his letter to claim the prize for themselves. He takes the first Ship leaving Honduras. Once on board he meets Nita Paxton (Phyllis Brooks) who is also in a hurry to leave Honduras, together they find out that its the most dangerous trip they will ever take.
